The aged and disabled waiver allows individuals who are aged, blind, or disabled to remain in their home. 

Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver

The TBI waiver provides Medicaid eligible people of any age who have experienced a traumatic brain injury and require service only in a nursing facility.

Money Follows The Person 

Do you know individuals that are coming from institutional settings  and ready to be in a home and community based setting?  The MFP program may be able to help. An applicant must be living in an institution to be eligible.
